Tom Carpenter is a founder of Book Production Systems, and was President and founder of Exact Bind West, Inc. Tom came to BPS with over 35 years of experience in IT organizations as an officer at Symbol Technologies, the CEO of True Data Corp., and the CEO of nMetric. With that background, he had the vision to combine newly available book productions technologies into end-to-end solutions building on-demand books from bits.
David Caney is a founder of Book Production Systems, and is its chief technology officer. David has worked as a computer systems consultant and chief technology officer for over twenty years leading Rapid Application Development consulting engagements for Fortune 500 companies while working for Hewlett-Packard's Professional Services Organization, Rapid Objects, and nMetric. David took on the challenge of turning Tom's visions into live systems.
